Sara Peerenboom, Project Engineer

Sara has 12 years experience with DOT construction engineering and five years experience with municipal engineering.  She has performed several roles on the construction site including project leader, assistant project engineer, surveyor, materials tester, and inspector.  Ms. Peerenboom’s certifications include PCCTEC-1, AGGTEC, NUCDENSITYTEC, portable nuclear gauge use and hazardous materials transportation.

Keith Werthwein, Project Engineer

Keith has 17 years civil engineering experience with WisDOT.  He has several years of experience working with bridge replacement and rehabilitation, including bridge painting.  Keith has experience as a project leader, surveyor and inspector.  Mr. Werthwein’s certifications include PCCTEC-1, AGGTEC, NUCDENSITYTEC, FHWA bridge inspection and SSPC bridge coating inspector.
